Personal Statement:

I was born and raised in Massachusetts.  I attended Westwood High School before heading north to Middlebury College where I majored in U.S. History.  After graduating, I worked as a residential counselor for Middlebury, completed a Masters in Medical Sciences at Boston University, and conducted microbial research in the Channing Labs of Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Eventually, I returned to BU for medical school before again heading to Vermont for my pediatric residency at Vermont Children’s Hospital.

Although I joined Quincy Pediatrics during the summer of 2003, I was introduced to the practice many years earlier. As a youngster at Camp Becket, I met and frequently interacted with the doctors of Quincy Pediatrics during their rotations as camp physician. I later spent time with the practice during college, medical school, and finally as a senior resident. I am  here to stay, but love returning to camps Becket and Chimney Corners as camp physician each summer.

I live on the South Shore with my wife of more than twenty years and our three children. When not at the office, I love working outside and enjoy swimming, running, and skiing. When relaxing indoors, I enjoy reading, cooking, and watching the Patriots.
